Chapan
A chapan is a traditional Turkoman or Uzbek robe, typically made of quilted or woven fabric. These garments are an important part of Central Asian textile culture and often display colorful striped or patterned fabrics. Although not a carpet, the textile tradition of chapans is closely related to the broader weaving culture of Central Asia.
