Morocco
is a constitutional monarchy with a population of mainly Arab
people, but there are also many Berbers, Kurds, and Persians.
The carpets are produced by tribal, regional and contemporary
workshops, using often undyed wool with typical Moroccan patterns.
The weave is quite coarse but the pile is very plushy.
